  1. Fill a tub with your preferred soil mix
  2. Add Whitney Farms® Natural Perlite
  3. Mix thoroughly

How to store bulbs and root crops

  1. Place bulbs or roots in a container
  2. Pour Whitney Farms® Natural Perlite around bulbs

How much to apply

A little perlite goes a long way! No more than 10% by volume should be added to your soil mix. In other words, add 1 scoop of perlite for every 9 scoops of soil.

Tips

Storing bulbs and root crops: When placing perlite around bulbs or roots, avoid packing it tightly. Bulbs and root crops store best in a cool, dry location.
